The doors are made of WPC for the core, veneer, inner frame, mixed inner frame and wooden inner frame, featuring a swing open style and a hollow core inner frame layout, suitable for interior use. They have a finished surface, with various surface treatment options including substrate, embossed substrate, thermal transfer, baking paint and PVC film laminating, and customizable colors and specifications. The door leaf thickness is 45mm, with multiple width options available.

We have a monthly production capacity of 30,000 pieces, with products certified by ISO, CE, SGS and CNAS. For packaging, a 20-foot container can hold 200 sets, and a 40HQ container can load 500 sets. Regarding samples, small samples are available, while complete door samples may incur some costs based on actual situations,which will be refunded upon order placement. The lead time for WPC door frames is 20-25 working days after receiving the deposit, and our main markets include Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America and North America.
